This is the recently released update
to the Thermo Panel which combines the insulation benefits of
dual-pane glass together with the installation ease of a 'spring-load',
self-adjusting height adjustment similar to the popular Quick Fit!.
It is, without
doubt, the best pet door panel currently available.
If you have dual pane insulated glass
in your sliding glass door then you'll get the best results together
with ease of installation from the Thermo Panel II?. (The original
Thermo Panel, which requires a hacksaw for the height adjustment,
continues available at a reduced price.)
We assemble this pet door using
pre-fabricated insulated glass units for the best possible performance.
The height adjustment is accomplished with a 'spring load' assembly
which allows for continuous, 'tools free' adjustment within the
specified adjustment range.
Once inserted, the panel is locked in
place using the two thumb screws near the top of the panel.

in glass track as temporary or semi-permanent. Self-adjusting mechanism
allows for moving between screen and glass tracks at will (track width
must be at least 1" and both tracks must be in the adjustment
range).
New! Built in
"anti-whoops" allows for 3/4" increase or decrease in
adjustment range to help prevent measuring error problems.

'Rise' is the
height of the flap above the base of the pet door.
Measuring
Your Pet
We suggest that 'flap
height' + 'rise' should about equal pet shoulder height.
These dimensions are approximate within 1/2".

Please note
that medium, large and x-large bronze Thermo-Panel IIs will have
satin frames around the flap. The rest of the panel will be bronze.
The electronic medium size will always have white plastic framing
around the flap.

Please note
that doors taller than 80" will require air shipping due to box
size.
Orders will be adjusted accordingly if necessary.

Small and small/medium
electronic doors come with two collar keys. The medium size comes
with one. Spare keys are available.

Note that the
small/medium size comes with 'large cat' collar keys. Larger keys
more suitable for small dogs are available at extra cost.
'Custom' orders cannot be
resold.
Therefore, they must be a final sale once built.
Rigid flap sizes have
built-in locking mechanisms. Flexible flap sizes include separate
locking covers. Small/medium sizes include '4-way' locking mechanisms.

KEYS FOR ELECTRONIC MODELS
Because the same
electronics are used in the Thermo Panel II and Quick Fit!,
the same collar keys are used for both.
- For small dogs using the Sm/Med
size panel use 19AM10.
- For cats using the Small or Sm/Med
size use 19AM 1.
