Commission:

You make an offer to me to sell your product or service on a Commission
(%) of product/services (price)

If I accept, then I would require from you the following :

Your existing URL address
(if one is currently available)

• This is so that I may view your page/pages before starting a sales promotion.
• or you can send advertising brochures/sales letters/ photos etc,

Promotion:

1. Basically, I market/advertise via the Internet your products or service.
2. I then work on sales commission, you will be responsible for delivering the products/service to the customer.
3. The methods & amount of promotion that I undertake will depend directly on the amount of Commission offered.
4. Please, advise me of any information that is not already (currently) included in your existing web pages.

EG: Product prices, P&H (if applicable) for both Domestic & International deliveries, delivery times, products functions & or specifications (images if available)

Orders/ Product Enquiries:

All enquiries & or orders will automatically generate a carbon copy
that's forwarded directly to both parties via e-mail.

Termination:

At any time, during our association, either party may terminate this arrangement,
by giving 7 days written notice, via e-mail.

NOTE: All work relating to the web pages (that I design/construct)
remain at all times the property of Dunway Enterprises.

Upon termination of this agreement any page/pages relating to this arrangement (site) cannot be re-produced or re-used in any way shape or form, unless written permission is obtained and all design work paid for.
