To be effective, warranty card must be signed by the purchaser, and mailed,
along with a copy of your receipt, within 10 days of purchase.

This warranty is non-transferable.

When these instructions are followed, Avian Adventures, Inc. warrants this product against defects resulting from faulty material or workmanship as follows:

Avian Adventures cages are covered by warranty for a period of six (6) months for powder coat and thirty six (36) months for stainless steel from the CONSUMER’S date of purchase.  Avian Adventures, Inc. will at its option, either replace or repair the defective product. After the specified period, repair charges will be your responsibility.

This warranty does not cover any damages due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

POWDER COATED CAGES:  Although the powder coating on these cages is designed for long-term use, keeping a cage outside in humid weather or excessive washing (including power-washing) will result in premature rusting.   The powder coating on these cages has been independently tested and has proven to be ZINC and LEAD free.

Due to the strength of a bird’s beak, the powder coat finish is not warranted beyond original installation.  This warranty does not cover painted surfaces damaged during handling or installation.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CUSTOMER.  AVIAN ADVENTURES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
